How do I edit/cancel/pause my membership?
When do I get my pin?
Pins are shipped out 6-8 weeks after you have ordered them.
Any further delays will be announced on social media or an email will be sent.
When can I sign up for the pin club?
You can sign up at any time to receive a pin from the pin club!
The design shown on the listing at time of starting your membership is the first pin you will receive.
Your membership will renew on the same day the next month for the next design.
If there is no design for the next month, billing will be paused, and you won't be charged.
How do I get a design from a past month?
Due to a higher flaw rate in enamel pins, more pins than members are ordered to ensure all pin club members get a-grades. This results in there being extra pins each month.
Past design extras are released once the pins for pin club memberships have been shipped and received.
The gold designs are limited to just the club, but the pin design may be re-released in other colors or metals later.
When are each design available?
Designs are available from the 20th of the previous month to the 19th of the current month.
For example:
January 2026's design will be available:
December 20th, 2025 through January 19th, 2026
A calender for each design is also available at the bottom of the pin club page with dates for each design.
